Covid-19 Returns update:
We have extended our returns and refund term to 30 days from when we reopen in 2021 for any good purchased from Oct 1st 2020.
Goods returned with a receipt
We are happy to exchange or refund goods, if returned as sold (in packaging), within 30 days, with an original receipt. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Goods returned without a receipt
In the absence of an original receipt, we are happy to exchange goods or issue a gift card to the value of the goods on the day of the return, if returned as sold (in packaging), within 30 days.
Items excluded from the Returns Policy
- Items with damaged packaging, that have been used or that are otherwise unsaleable.
- Clearance items marked as such.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, headwear, cosmetics, grooming products, and jewellery.
- Items containing a hygiene/security seal can only be returned if the seal is intact.
- In-store concession partners have their own returns policies.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
