Shaws Refund Policy Shaws have a Refund Policy in place that will allow you to cancel you online purchase. You can cancel your purchase within seven days of submitting your order or within seven days of receipt of the gift voucher (whichever is the longer). To cancel your order please telephone + 353 (0)505 21201. We regret that cancellations by email are not acceptable. Once you have contacted us with regard to a cancellation we will process your request through WorldPay who will credit your credit/debit card account. You may have already received your gift voucher so we will ask you to tear this up at this time. A Shaws Administrator will cancel you voucher immediately making it invalid for use. It is not possible to cancel a voucher is this has already been part redeemed.
