Shaws Department Store Ballina Announce Date for August Store Opening
Shaws Department Stores are delighted to announce the launch date of their second store in Connaught located on Tone Street, Ballina. The official opening of the store will take place at 11am on Thursday 28th August as confirmed today by Jonathan Shaw, Managing Director of Shaws Department Stores.
The anticipated launch of Shaws new department store in Ballina will provide an extensive selection of premium brands in their beauty, homewares and fashion departments appealing to all age-groups. As part of the retail experience at Shaws of Ballina, the store will host Jacques Vert, Principles, Bay, Michael H, Dorothy Perkins, Precis, Ann Harvey, Eastex, Dash and Country Casuals, Austin Reed and Adams Kids.
On announcing the line up of the concessions at the store, Jonathan Shaw said, “The varied choice of brands available will bring a fresh injection of fashion and style to Ballina. This is our second store to open in Connaught following on from the success of Castlebar in 2006. We look forward to welcoming customers from Ballina and its environs to our new store”.
Shaws of Ballina will occupy 37,000 square feet of bright modern retail space employing 70 people.
Shaws Department Store, Tone Street, Ballina will be open 7 days, and will trade Sundays and Bank Holidays.
