Name It Gets a Hero’s Welcome at Shaws of Tralee

Shaws Department Stores Tralee was a buzz with excitement last Thursday May 21st as All Ireland Winning GAA hero Dara O’Cinneide officially welcomed leading children’s label Name It to the store. Joining a host of leading brands for fashion conscious tots to teens at Shaws of Tralee, Name It adds a touch of its own celebrity to childrenswear, boasting a collection designed by international supermodel Helena Christensen.

Available for newborns up to ten years, Name It children’s clothing has the individual style and quality of a designer brand with little prices for little people. Bodywear, swimwear, accessories and footwear are all available from the label which has become renowned for its high fashion styles for active, adventurous children where freedom to play and comfort are at a premium. Adjustable waistbands are available on the majority of skirts and pants not only making for a comfy fit but ensuring the clothes can grow with the child to get maximum wear from every piece. Bright colours with fun elements such as vibrant motifs and removable toys feature throughout the range, while unique pieces such as the popular 3-piece matching swimwear set with footwear, make Name It a big hit with little ones.

International model Helena Christensen has embraced Name It by designing her own collection for the brand. Intertwining her fashion expertise with influences from her son, Helena’s collection reflects her support for environmental projects with designs only in organic cotton that feature the Fairtrade mark.

This year marks the twelfth year of Shaws’ first and only store in County Kerry. Last year Shaws expanded the store’s retail space to include an additional floor, adding over 20% more retail space and now trades from a total of 21,000 square feet of retail space. Shaws of Tralee stock a number of specialist departments including men’s and ladies fashions, footwear, childrens, homewares, gifts and china.
