Shaws Department Stores Celebrate their First Year in Ballina

Shaws Department Stores will mark their first year of trading in Ballina at their store on Tone Street with an array of celebrations. From Monday 24th to Saturday 29th August, enjoy the festivities including a family fun day out with face painting, balloons, giveaways and plenty of surprises.

Listen out for fantastic giveaways everyday this week on Mid West Radio.  One lucky winner will win a €500 gift card to spend on new Autumn fashions. On Saturday 29th August Mid West Radio will broadcast live from the store from 2pm-5pm – listen out for more fantastic giveaways.

Reflecting on their year in Ballina, Michael McNulty, General Manager of Shaws Department Stores said, “This has been a very enjoyable and memorable year for us, we have had a fantastic reaction from our customers and we greatly appreciate their custom over the last year. As part of the retail experience, the store hosts home and lifestyle collections among their departments as well as cosmetics, footwear and lingerie. The store trades off 25,000 square feet over two floors of bright, modern retail space.
