Where can I spend my Shaws Gift Cards?
Shaws Gift Cards can be spent in any of the Shaws Department Stores Nationwide.

How do I contact Shaws Online Gift Cards?
You can contact us via e-mail at Cards@shaws.ie or call our helpline on + 353 (0)57 8621201, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from WorldPay, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Shaws will email you directly once your Gift Card has been posted out to the delivery address you have provided.

How are my gift Cards delivered?
At Shaws we use the Irish national postal service, An Post, to deliver our gift Cards. All gift Card orders over €30 need to be signed for on delivery. Gift Cards are delivered FREE to any location in the world.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline + 353 (0)57 8621201 and we will amend your order details for you.

Do Shaws Cards have an expiry date?
Shaws Cards do not have an expiry date and can be spent at any of the Shaws Department Stores.

What happens if I do not spend the full amount on the Card?
Shaws Gift Cards run on a computerised system. This system will record the amount you spend on a Card each time, so remaining credit can be easily seen.

How can I pay for my Shaws Gift Card?
Shaws only accept credit /debit card details online. VISA, Mastercard and Laser are accepted. If you do not have a credit card you can purchase a Shaws Gift Card through any of our stores or through An Post's gift Card shop service available at all local post offices. Alternatively you can ring us on + 353 (0)57 8621201 to order your gift Card by telephone.

What currencies do Shaws accept online?
Shaws can accept payment in Euros, US dollars and Sterling only. The Card values are set in Euros but when you make your payment through WorldPay's secure payment pages you can choose to pay in one of these three currencies.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Shaw & Sons Ltd' and the charge will be taken in Euro and converted into your own currency by the credit card company if necessary.

If I am unhappy with my purchase can I get my money back?
Shaws have a Refund Policy for shoppers who wish to return goods. In the case of an online purchase the refund will be made direct to the credit or debit card you used for the purchase. Your Card will be registered invalid on our systems and you will be unable to use it. We recommend that you tear it up to avoid any confusion. To cancel a Card and request a refund please ring us on + 353 (0)57 8621201. Cancellations are not acceptable by email.

Can I order larger amounts of Cards?
It is possible to order larger amounts of gift Cards. Please call our helpline on + 353 (0)57 8621201 for further information. If you require gift Cards for business use, please call our corporate department on + 353 (0)57 8621201 or e-mail Cards@shaws.ie
