Goods returned with a receipt

We are happy to exchange or refund goods, if returned as sold (in packaging), within 30 days, with an original receipt.  Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Goods returned without a receipt

In the absence of an original receipt, we are happy to exchange goods or issue a gift card to the value of the goods on the day of the return, if returned as sold (in packaging), within 30 days.

Exclusions

For your benefit and for reasons of hygiene, our refund policy does not extend to certain products including underwear, headwear, jewellery, etc.

Our concession partners have their own refund policies.
